Do you offer hand delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery through-out New Jersey and locations through-out Florida! (Delivery fees will apply.)
can you design gifts for my clients?
That's Darlin' loves designing custom client gifts! There is a process we will go through together so I can get to know the heart behind your business and design with intention, while using your branding as inspiration. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States. No international shipping is available at this time.
How much is shipping?
That’s Darlin’ ships via USPS, and shipping amounts will vary, depending on the size of your order.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS FROM THE SHOP SHIP?
. Most items will ship within three days of ordering. However, we carry many hand-made items that could take longer to process. These items may take up to two weeks to ship. You will receive notification once your order has been processed.

is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum required for custom orders. Welcome gifts require a minimum of 24, while client gifts require a minimum of 12.There is a design fee for all custom work which starts at $250. Do you ship custom gifts already assembled?
There are two methods to select from when it comes to shipping your custom gift order. We can ship items directly to you, so you can add your own personal touches, or we can assemble the gifts on your behalf. If you choose for us to ship them completely assembled, please note there will be a service fee of $5 per gift added to your order. This includes the ordering, receiving, styling, packaging and shipping of all your gifts. This does not apply to items purchased in our online shop, only custom designs.
what is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of the gifting process, all orders are non-refundable. If there is damage to the product during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged delivery.We will request photo's of damaged product so an insurance claim may be filled with USPS. Once we receive all necessary information, a replacement will be sent.
what about sales tax?
The Federal Government requires that we collect sales tax for items that are shipped where That's Darlin' maintains a physical address. Currently, we are charging sales tax in New Jersey.
